Just finally started playing again and my account is permabanned?

I haven't been on League in about a week, been busy with school and my studies. So today I finally logged on after awhile and realize my account is permabanned.

I don't even know what to say, but I can tell you that my password wasn't changed, my name wasn't changed, and I can also tell you I fount malicious software on my computer after doing a quick virus scan which I suspect was a key logger. I have created a support ticket so any ways I can prove that it hasn't been me playing for the past few days would be helpful all though I know pointless. All I can say is that the champions played for the last few days on my account are champions I almost never play or pretty much haven't been playing this season (Singed, Ekko - I play Xin, Jax). I have been banned in the past for offensive behavior before, I believe a month prior but I'm not sure so this is totally stressing me out that my last ban is not even my fault.

Any help is appreciated all though I know it's futile, I mean who hacks an account and doesn't change anything?

What was the offense and context given in the email/reform card? If your account was truly comprimised against your will as opposed to simply committing another offense (account sharing, elo boosting, personal use of 3rd party program, etc), then it's likely that they will be able to tell upon investigating your claims.

It's also possible that you were reported for poor behavior since your last ban, which I'm assuming was a 14-day ban, and the escalated punishment (permaban in this case) simply wasn't immediate.

You haven't really given any solid information or credible evidence for anyone on the forums to believe your story or even provide any suggestions beyond submitting a support ticket.
