How far do you believe you can tilt before reports mean anything?

So..we all have that side of us. You are carrying hard, team is choking, you get mad. 12-0 with volibear pushing top inhib solo, what happens? team legit got 2v4'd under OUR turret. i let "team is so useless" slip out. bam apparently the 4-8 adc ezreal took great offense. told me to suck my own yeah in the corner some more, but how is that not worse? 5 people reported me for "team is useless" so either people are far too sensitive right now in the "dont flame me meta" or are people salty enough after loses/getting outplayed they report for any little thing?

The problem is trolls are trying to elicit responses now that there is a carrot system; Just to deny you yours. The best response is no response when players begin to talk about game-play, and if you have to say something. Ignore them... Chat is simply a gate-way to tilting players and eliciting reports now.

Honestly; Soon as a player swears I'm immediately ready to report them, and usually all I've to say is, "Freeze turret, so I can gank." After their death to elicit a response to be mute/ignored and reported.

Type "?" in all chat. Not BM according to the system.

ehh ,... if its just 1 game, it won't do you any harm. The reporting system can tell when you have a few off games here and there.

If you really said nothing that's considered wrong like a racial slur, death threat, telling someone to kill themselves, swearing AT a teammate ("fuck you Ezreal" for example) or constantly being rude/berating your team you'll be fine. Otherwise you'll get a chat restriction or 14-day ban depending on what you said.

If you only said "useless team" and have only said anything like that once in, say, 20 games or so then you're fine. Keep in mind, it takes multiple reports in different games to get attention of the system and no matter how many people report you in one game it counts as ONE report for that game and if it's a false report it gets thrown out and not used against you.
