I can't believe this guy is still going around sabotaging games...

I'm not someone to call people boosters or scripters but this is a special case for me with proof on this players profile that he is indeed a booster.

I played vs a Master Yi the other day, who was absolutely destroying our team, I thought nothing of it, I figured it was a typical master Yi and just voted to surrender and move on. Until one of our allies says out of 70 master yi games he has a 99% win rate.

I said to myself well thats weird, and after the game looked into further detail

This player was in Bronze season 4+5 and now is magically silver 1?! (He's gold 3 atm)

Looking into further detail he hardly picked yi last season, and all these ranked games were from the past week.. At this point I knew this was an obvious booster so I sent a ticket to riot and they tell me, "we'll look into into it and give punishment if needed" and I figured that this was a no brainer and he would immediately be banned.

But today he is STILL getting boosted and playing games..

I know hes not a smurf because he played plenty of games last season and was clearly stuck in bronze.

But it seems to be if master yi is banned, he'll auto lose and pick something stupid like sivir jungle and feed...

Is there anything that riot will do to get this account punished?!
