I got chat restricted 3 times. i got to honor 1 and then i gone to 2 again but then i got another chat restriction 4 months bef season ends and then like 2 months have passed and there it is, another chat restriction.
So now im just done and i dont want to play anymore because i wont get ranked rewards (the new silver border and icon) and i will be just a normal player while everybody will have that border and icon ty for reading my meaningless text.
if you're only playing the game for the eye candy rewards then maybe it's time to find something else to occupy your time with

Borders won't be a thing, as far as I recall.
Careful with stacking up chat restrictions, Rito tends too manually perma repeated minor offenders, as they consider them system abusers. At least it was a thing in the past.
The end of season rewards are nothing to get all upset about, who cares if you have a border or the orianna skin. Play normal if that's what you're into and my advice is to just mute all every game.
season rewards dont include a border last i checked this season since next season borders will evolve with your current rank standing. So next season if your silver you'll have a silver boarder till you promote or demote. you just wont get the victorious skin and icon and obviously an honor ward. (last i checked)

End of season rewards are basically meaningless (unless you're obsessed with collections) and borders are also just as meaningless. Nothing but eye-candy that other players will have the pleasure of glancing at for a couple of seconds during the loading screen, assuming they don't alt-tab like I do literally every loading screen prior to the match.
