I'm sick of fucking pre mades. I get no ganks all game, get no mias, get no help, they troll me the whole game, then when i'm fucking losing because they fuckign fed, I get reported for being toxic. Fuck that shit. Either let me report them for refusing to actually be a fucking team or don't fucking put me with them. I get a game or two at most in a span of 5 days stop fucking me over.

You already can because you have the option to report them at the end game lobby. And as long as you didn't do anything that would cause a report to be valid you have nothing to worry about.
