Save me Rito, you're my only hope

Not that anyone who could change things will probably read this, but just writing it out might help a small bit. I've been warned once about watching my language and being maybe a bit too salty to other players. Since then I worked fairly hard to improve and not say negative things. But recently I've found myself being more salty and negative to others again. I'm going to refocus my efforts on changing this again, but I need some help too. I play ranked almost exclusively. I made gold 5 end of last season, yet got put in bronze from 6 straight nigh impossible to win games during placement -- thank you teammates for not listening to any intelligent calls or learning from mistakes.

I know we are theoretically put with people of approximately equal skill level, but it sure doesn't seem that way. I used to main sup, so I understand bot lane fairly well. I have been trying to main top past 1.5 seasons (been stuck a lot of jungle -- secondary pick this season). When I play top, I inevitably get camped in about 90% of my games. I'm fine with this most of the time because I can generally outplay and go at least even with enemy top (ahead by good chunk of cs, down around 1-2 kills). I also manage to have good tower pressure despite jungle ganking me 3+ times in first 5 levels of game. This should be great for my team because I'm essentially giving my jungler free ganks bot or mid w/o fear of counter-gank, or the ability to go top and pick up 2 for 1's with me. Yet in 80% of my matches in top lane, I end up having 1-3 teammates who still manage to throw their lane horribly or mess up jungle horribly. Yes not joking 80% of matches. It's not from tp's by enemy top, and it's not from enemy jungle. So I should roam more right, and tp bot? I'd love to, but people either can't seem to live long enough for my tp to matter or they refuse to place wards where I can tp to despite me asking them to. So I can walk there, except then they see top is being pushed in and rotate there -- leaving me 1v2 vs a lane they fed. Same type of thing happens mid. So when it's clear you can't gank another lane, you are getting focused by enemy jungle, and you need to somehow snowball your lane despite 1v2 during critical early levels what are you supposed to do? Tp into a losing teamfight at dragon with the one ward your team has on bot half of map or push lane and hope (fruitlessly) that your team doesn't facecheck 5 enemies at dragon to teamfight when behind? I've tried both and the second one works once in awhile, but not nearly enough. The point I'm trying to make is that I do everything I can to help team out, but too often they are clearly less skilled than their lane opponents -- much less the enemy team in a 5v5. When they ignore good calls and advice and don't let you save them from bad ones, it gets impossibly snowballed and I have 0 chance to win. I get it... this happens to everyone. Except it doesn't. I experience the winning side of games like this maybe 2% of my games. I experience the losing side of games like this about 20+% of games. When I checked with Akali about if that was balanced, she told me 2% does not equal 20%. Even worse is when you literally get 8+ games in a row like that. And to top it all off, your teammates are often more toxic than you get and they get salty first -- when you made a good decision or asked them to make a smart one and they are the ones who made the bad call. Ex: bot fed lane, mid is behind from 2 good ganks by enemy. Jungler has just farmed all game. You are slightly behind from being camped 5 straight levels early game. Your team wants to facecheck dragon when you know there is at least 4 enemies there and you have no wards in bot river. You ping them to back off and cap mid tower as 4 instead while you get top. Team ignores, gets aced before you can even tp to a ward in bot tri -- the closest ward. You get most of top tower, and team all rages on you for not joining them at dragon. Experiences like that game after game wear on you a lot. ex: you play darius and you work your way up from a 0/2/0 start with 0 help from jungle vs a 3/0/0 cho that got a nice early flash gank. Your kayle had multiple chances to go through river from blue buff and kill a cho with 2 hits of life left that's shoved to your tower. But she doesn't. You get your key defensive items and force teamfights -- peeling 3-4 people per fight, often killing or getting assists on 2+ people despite being focused by 3+ enemies and exhausted and/or ignited... only to realize you are stuck in a 1v4 or 1v3 half the time because your carries don't position well or deal meaningful damage to kill more than one or 2 people. http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2184116834/41049663?tab=overview That crap gets old, so if you could find a way to give people matches where teammates are at similar skill levels -- not win/loss percentages -- that would be really great. If you could take better action on at least warning or temp banning people who feed way harder than "having a bad game" and simultaneously get toxic with you for saying anything to them good or bad, that would be nice. Ex: picking vayne into cait and going 0/8/2 in lane when you are the one forcing fights and shoving enemy tower w/o warding any of map around you. When people do that and have only been ganked 1 time -- after dying 4 times 2v2 already, they really shouldn't be put with players who are getting camped yet still go 2/3/0 and are ahead by about 30cs in the same game. Clearly the players are not on the same skill/intelligence level and should be placed in different matches at different tiers/ranks. I know this experience is the exception to the rule and your matchmaking is probably great for a lot of players, but there are a few out there like me who are not getting a fighting shot to rank up.
