When you learn that there are colleagues in your company who are assholes, you add them to your personal blacklist, turn them down whenever they try to flirt with and laugh into your cup of coffee while looking at them being frustrtating and typing to each other furiosuly.
Workplace in large companies are always a snake nest: you cannot get friendly with all 300 people there and you'll never know what they really think about you. Even pacifistic vegan community would have people that secretly loathe each other and talk shit behind their backs.

By the way my coworkers speak anyone may think they hate each other's guts, while they're just shitpost each other verbally. They also joke about taking drugs, doing lewd stuff and breaking the law. Yet IRL they will never do none of these things.
