There is this yi just spamming GGEZ entire game. Kept saying it over and over again then being a d*ck towards everyone even his own team since he's tryhard carry the game. Also triggering his team by saying 1v9, don't need team-mates. Player like this really looking for trouble if he ever being caught in public places....

If someone is getting on your nerves, then thats what the mute button is for. I just think the culture of refusing to mute, maximizing butthurt, and then abusing the report system is silly and Riot ought to do something about it.

I do not think it is considered "abusing the report system" since it falls under being reportable. It is unsportsman like. It is a 2 on 1-10 toxic scale as quoted recently by someone here
