Just had this situation occur and was just curious how you guys view this, some pre-info for our fine community before people barge in here raging and telling me i'm a horrible person and I should kms or something.

  1. I know this is reportable, not trying to say I did no wrong or am innocent in anyway.
  2. No I don't normally do this.
  3. This took place in a normal
  4. yes I know that just because it took place in a normal the system doesn't differentiate between that and a ranked report, but i'm talking from the perspective of a human taking in the totality of circumstances for this particular match.

Story time!

5v5 norm in summoners rift, we have taken zero towers, zero dragons, lost rift herald to the enemy, and were sitting at a pretty 0-19 kills in the enemy teams favor. Team calls for a surrender vote, twice. Turns out, we have some duo, who refuses to surrender. Play a bit more, pick up a few kills, the enemy picked up about 3 for every 1 we got. And some towers to boot. At this point, we're now down 6 towers, and at about 7-30 kills in the enemy teams favor. Statistically speaking, odds of coming back from this are zero. Team tries to surrender vote, our duo votes no x2.

The three of us who want to get on with our lives, decide to open mid. the duo whines and says they will report blah blah blah.

If a human being were to review this report, given that mid was opened by the majority of the team, would consequences still roll out?

Hello Maki,

The Instant Feedback System would most likely audit the match and see if there was any there were any violations. I take it if the three of you decided to open-mid there was some sort of chatting going on that may or may not have been toxic. In that case, it is likely all three people will be punished. Now, if a human were to review it (given what we know about Singed Support and Nunu double jungle), it is likely that you guys will be warned and told that your behavior is negatively impacting the two other players. That's my guess and I hope you get a Riot comment!

I'd say your actions are reportable. You 3 are giving up when the circumstances are that the team hasn't given up. While 60% is a majority, it is barely so.
