Last game had one teammate that wasn't tilted or toxic aside from myself and wanted to honor them even though they fed like a madman. I have client set to auto close if the honor system is up so idk if that stops it from coming up.
Also when the HELL are we going to get the tribunal back up? Its been like 5 years since they said it was "being worked on" or whatever. I want to help punish toxic players.

this is why my buddy asked for his perma ban all those years back. riot was all we are working on it we are working on it. sure enough they had no intention of brining it back.

It's only one reason he quit. East Coast ping the nail in the coffin had him perma stuck in bronze due to lag. About 30-not 100% sure on the game count it was under 60 with 3k life time games-games of Ashe jungle Leo top and blitz makes you rage quit mid got him into silver almost instantly and the only change was riot bragging about how the finally after 3 or 4 seasons fixed East Coast lag. Ironically his best memory of this game was the tears of the west coasters after they lost their unfair advantage
Yes he was easily silver more then likely even a gold player when he quit and yes the lag for certain places on the East Coast was that bad I used his advice and got silver with not even close half his unlocks and it's been how many years since then? His memory is terrifying now that I think about it.

oh. Well i dont think the ifs does its job well enough. I've had lots of "actual" intentional feeders on my team (walking down lane etc.) go unpunished. And they should update it so that it picks up flaming/toxicity it basically just censors curse words and occasionally punishes after several offenses.
