Is honor system up? Also NEWS ON THE TRIBUNAL WHEN RIOT??

Last game had one teammate that wasn't tilted or toxic aside from myself and wanted to honor them even though they fed like a madman. I have client set to auto close if the honor system is up so idk if that stops it from coming up.

Also when the HELL are we going to get the tribunal back up? Its been like 5 years since they said it was "being worked on" or whatever. I want to help punish toxic players.

It's unknown when the new honor system is coming out, but what is known is that the tribunal isnt coming back; the ifs does its job now.
