@RIOT GAMES TOXIC PREMADE BEHAVIOR AFTER DQ/MATCHMAKING

I wanted to show you a wonderful example of your new Dynamic Que and Matchmaking system. Granted I am a very low level right now and starting fresh, but this just one example of the countless situations solo players are put in. When you pair solo players against premades this is what happens. Almost every game, even on my main account, I have been against premades that have NEVER BEEN NICE AND QUIET. These groups feel they are untouchable, especially pre level 30 and that nothing will happen to them. Think if this was a ranked game and I was a solo player against a premade team. How wonderful would it be to go against this and then be belittled afterwards for not saying a single thing.

I decided to start fresh and try a different approach with my behavior in LoL. The past year I have been toxic on my main account and not proud of myself. A lot of it has to do with RL stuff but that is not a excuse for my behavior. I have a lot of money on my main account and I decided to start fresh on a new account doing what Riot games wants me to do: mute, report, and be encouraging. I actually don't even say anything anymore. I went into this match, in particular, completely muting everyone in game and just playing the game. No one on my team that I am aware of was toxic or rude. Yet I go into the lobby chat and three people, who are all in a premade, are attacking my team and I for being "new and having no friends to que with. maybe if you had friends no one would be toxic and rude to you." Like that is a plausible reason for treating us this way. I WENT INTO THE MATCH SAYING NOTHING AND I WENT INTO LOBBY CHAT SAYING ONLY THAT THEY ARE BEING REPORTED FOR BEING TOXIC AND RUDE. Granted I have received a lot of toxicity in this game from other players, some of it on my part . . . . but ever since DQ and the new matchmaking system . . . I am getting it almost every game. Every premade you pair me against has been toxic, elitist and rude.

Your system is not working. You need to pair toxic and rude premades against each other so they can "have fun" because pairing them against mute and solo players that are doing nothing, is not fun. I am saying this because I have received this even on my main in ranked matches. You don't understand how much toxic behavior you have created now.

I am hoping all three players get permanently banned because they shouldn't be insulting new players, even if I am not a new player. Their behavior is effecting your brand, how you want players to act, and how they treat new people to the game. The poor new and inexperienced players on my team had to go up against these players and deal with their toxic behavior afterwards. I wonder what they would've been saying if I didn't have ALL CHAT off and didn't have everyone muted? Were they being toxic like this during game? Probably.

Fix it please Riot games. I am still going to try my best on this new account and not be negative. Again, i said nothing to these players in game or even started a conversation with them in lobby chat. They continued to harass me and my team in lobby chat. I can sure tell you they probably were being this way during game too. I filed a ticket and I will escalate it to the point that I really hope these players get banned.
