Imo if feels really bad when you carry the game and fulfill all of honor categories but don't get any because you play with a 4 man (or less) premade that honor themselves rather than you.
Like allow to honor a single player once per day or something like that.
One does not simply honor someone because he carried the game.
So then I won't be able to honor you because I already honored someone in my previous game. How would that make it better?
Besides, your whole point relies on "recognize how awesome I am dammit!". I often do not honor the person that got a pentakill, when it was the support who set it up. If the 0/5 guy was a great shot caller, I might honor him over the 15/3 Katarina. If the 8/0 player was a douchebag, all hell be getting from me is a report.
Long story short: you are not entitled to honor. And don't dismiss others contributions so easily. You sound a bit like a spoiled child wanting a sticker.
If all 5 people honored, everyone gains a bit of honor.
I also believe that honoring your premades is worth less than randos honoring you, like how you need 1 honor from a rando for the loading boarder vs 2 from premades.
