Spaming Emotes and /laugh commands
Personally I find this practice really annoying but I'm not sure if it is really a banable offense or if Riot even tracks this kind of thing (making it a waste of time to report anyway).

one game is 20-40 minutes, and your more then capable of going into your options for a few seconds and turning "voice" volume down to 0, if pings are a problem, do so with ping volume as well?
If you can't beat them, join them
I would love to go against you with my Singed
Whenever you die I stand up in your body and spam my laugh/ dance/ emote
Although I spam so much emote in lane also

... I detect the presence of troll.
But on the off chance I am wrong, are you seriously asking if you can get someone permanently banned just for using emotes in-game? you are exactly what I mean when I say that the leftists/feminists support a draconian system.
If people here truly believe that "gg ez" should be bannable, then I have a hard time believing that they think spamming emotes is OK.
no you can't get banned for it wtf. they would disable that kind of thing if they didn't want that to be allowed.
something you might find helpful, though, is muting them. that's right, if you mute them, you won't be able to hear/see their emotes. personally helps me a lot when there's some asshole playing lux or lulu, or whateve annoying laugh spam champion they have.
If Singed isn't getting a rework, how are Singed players supposed to get people to chase them?
Stupid idea, if you get mad at emotes you aren't mentally strong enough for Silver level gameplay anyway.
just mute them if it ruffles your jimmies that much
Going to say the same thing here that I have said on multiple GGEZ posts.... It's not riot's job to care if you are overly sensitive. If something as simple as someone using a laugh emote in a game offends you, the internet in general may not be the place for you.
