There is literally no way to report someone on the website?

I just got out of a game where our Bard decided he wanted to jungle after our Xin was already locked in.

He proceeds to troll the whole game and, because I played Riven top and was winning the game contrary to Bard's desires and the enemy teams, they begin to join in on his trolling efforts. Bard spent the whole game trolling everyone on our team and the enemy team supported his efforts. They danced with him in their base, offered to give him free kills and in general just honored him like a god for trolling. Bard then proceeds to ult me so they can try to kill me, intentionally, might I add. He exclaimed so in chat.

After he saved my life once on accident (for only a second) by ulting them. He opened a portal straight to me and got me killed. When I didn't thank him he started spamming profanities at me. To which the other team responded in a similar manner. Jinx told me I deserved to die. "Irl too". While the threat was empty, it's still definitely uncalled for.

Now, I get here on the league of legends website to further report this to Riot, since typically a lot of the In-Game reports do go unnoticed I'm sad to admit to you all. And there's literally no way on Riot support to report other players.
