It's not the System, it's you.

Recently I played a game with a few of my friends and we had one random on our Team.

This man was Diamond 3 and the rest of us were low - mid Silver, so we immediately knew something was up.

We added him to skype and the game went on. The other team was trolling, but we were all having fun except for this random D3 in our game. This man was incessantly flaming and we kicked him out of the call for a bit. He flamed in chat angrily at us for having fun with the other team who was down a player. We were all having >fun< instead of 'roflstomping' the other team brutally and abusing it.

We all reported the angry ball of fire on our team at the end of the game and about 5 minutes later we received the message from Riot that a player we reported had been punished, so we added him back to the call. He'd been banned for 14 days. He was livid and said he'd been putting up with "trolls like us" for years and after searching his name, we found multiple posts about how he'd been banned over the years for "being trolled by the system and getting troll teammates" and how it's their fault he's been banned so many times for trash talking and flaming them.

He proceeded to threaten us in real-life on Skype saying he'd "Beat our asses if he was in a room with all of us. And that we were a bunch of "Keyboard warrior nerds who will be dead beats in life for not taking anything in life seriously" and just a bunch of other nonsense. He continued to scream over the rest of us about how mature he was and even started looking up a few peoples skype info and since a couple of guys are real social gamers and have their YouTubes / Facebooks / Twitters / Skypes all linked he was pulling up pictures of people and sending them to the group chat calling us a wide variety of racial slurs and profanities. This lasted a good 20 minutes before we got bored of inviting people to the Skype call to listen to this self-proclaimed "Man" scream at college and high school students over a game.

(TL;DR) My point here is that the system isn't flawed. If you're constantly getting punished and banned, you're what's flawed and you should really look into changing yourself and your actions before you go blaming other people..
