Being held hostage in a game
I just want this game to end. Both teams are in discord and dancing around eachother. It's been 65 Minutes. They kill me when I try to end. I just want to leave, but I don't want LeaverBuster. Send help.

Record that shit, with chat. Send it in a ticket to riot, and report all. Dont tilt, just run down mid with 6 IE trying to end.

Bored smurfs looking to drag the game out. Same thing happened on the OCE server a couple of years back by a few challengers who got tired of their hour long queue times on their mains. They made smurf accounts, went into low elo matches, and played champs that scaled infinitely. After long enough time passed, they were the only ones who could deal and sustain real damage, so they could hold the match hostage for hours on end.

This is exactly what Riot should focus on instead of making random changes every few weeks to completely change the game. Instead we have "bundles of stats" as champion selection and games won during champ select or infinite scaling so you cannot ever possibly fight them while they ruin a game for people for hours at a time.
you do know hostage is a slang term right? you aren't really being held hostage. you are simply refusing to leave despite having a choice. a real hostage situation you dont have a choice.
Wow. The first time someone actually got held hostage in a game, and isn't simply saying that because they died once while their team had a 15/0 KDA and their team wouldn't surrender.
Stating that someone has a choice even when the choice is completely bad and has consequences is pretty much blaming the victim if you want to be honest about it.
Something similar happened with league's supposed longest game to date.
both teams had 2 infinite-scaling champs so they could debunk any FFs and keep the fight stale incase anyone wanted to end.
Riot celebrated it as a record and had absolutely no remorse to how terrible the other 6 felt. One in particular came out and spoke about how negative the experience was.
Try to end the game before it breaks the 2 hours mark. After that you will be deemed minor collateral damage to a celebration.
And while yes, this assumptive comment is hugely negative, I do remind that Riot is known for repeating mistakes, as we can see with the balances of an entire year. So harsh, but realistically possible.

i know your pain man, i got chat restricted thus losing my rank rewards last season because of this exact same situation. They reported me after for unsportsman because i wanted to end the game (9 reports y'know) and after writing a ticket riot didnt change a thing.
