How can I help an unintentional Troll
4 times in the last week I have gotten a particular summoner on my team in blind pick and lost every one of those matches. He actually isn't bad in game (probably better than I am, which isn't saying much) but he doesn't communicate in the chat. He will ping which in general would be enough in game, but he doesn't call a lane before the match. He just locks in a Champ, then goes to a lane and unfortunately it is almost never clear what that lane will be. of course other players don't handle it well when he heads into the lane/jungle they know they called. They spend the first few waves asking what he is doing and pinging him to fall back, then start cursing at him when he does answer and that also gets no response from him. Now everything is off, even if the rest of the team is willing to work around him you might be a level behind once you settle in to a lane which hurts early game, and worse case no one is willing to budge (unfortunately the most common) so you end up with too many champs in one lane and too few in another.
I'm sure other people are reporting the guy, but he really isn't doing anything wrong other than his failure to interact with the rest of the team. That didn't really click for me until after a game my team was making known their displeasure with him, and one of our opponents commented that that player wasn't the reason we lost. So from his perspective the guy didn't feed and stayed in his lane, until dragon/baron/team battles so sure, you would know it was his fault there are 2 adc bot and
is trying to solo mid against
. Since this player seems to keep the same hours I do I'm not sure how best to handle it when I see him again. My first instinct is to not Lock-in and try again, but that doesn't sit right with me. I'm kinda at a loss. . . Any thoughts?
