He also called an enemy Lucian player "black-face" because he admitted being white irl.

I just learned today that the community apparently doesn't care about racism in this game. Incredibly discouraging. What fucking year is it again?
Nope. Had a guy spam N word in game over 50 times. No ban popup. Summoner name has variation of N word in it. No ban popup. Opened ticket, ticket closed he is still playing.
Racism, sexism, and hate speech are specifically labeled as reportable. What the punishment is, I don't know.

I'm black myself. I don't really care about those kinda jokes. But even if I did, Riot's report system has proven time and time after again that it just doesn't work.
Pathetic, you reporting somebody's jokes ? What if they were premades and were teasing each other ? If i understand correctly, their conversation had nothing to do with you.
