Seriously, people, stop talking nonsense about reporting a 3/9/10 Irelia for feeding. "Feeding" and "intentional feeding" are distinctly different things. There's a difference between your elbow hitting a guy as you turn around, and punching him straight in the mouth.
Feeding aint reportable. Inting is reportable. Riot wont punish someone for beeing bad.
I have to admit, I almost missed your sarcasm and downvoted your post... to be fair, there are a suprising amount of people who legitimately believe non-intentional feeders should be banned.

Intentional feeding is generally classed under Griefing.
