@Riot. Why is it a 15 day ban now instead of 14 with no changelist?

I've noticed when going through the forums on a daily basis and noticed players are getting 15 day bans instead of 14. Is this an error on systems part or is this intended.

If players are meant to get 15 day bans then the punishment policy and everything regarding 14 days bans needs to be updated.

It's an unintended change somehow caused by a rounding error when they went to 14-days + 1 hour.

I don't see how daylight saving time would have any effect on this. Wouldn't this happen every year then?
