Banned for 3rd party use when I only use LolWiZ

So I emailed customer support when my account got banned. I asked why my account was banned and I got textbook reply rather than a personalized one. All they said I was using scripts, hacks, or exploits. And I wasn't. I have never ever a scripted. And the only 3rd party software I use is Lolwiz. Before t I used it I read everywhere that it's ok to use. If it ISNT a simple warning rather than instantly banning an account with 4000 hours and over 1k dollars would've been nice. All information in lol wiz is easily available in on op gg anyway. I would like my account reinstated as I honestly feel bad by a company I invested so much money into only to be wrongly accused

you should spam Riot's customer support until you get a human reply.

They won't warn you or give you a personalized report because then people who write scripts and third party applications will see what is being recognized and can work around it.

If you were boosted, they could have used scripts.

In just over a month, starting April 11th, you went from Gold V to Plat. Looks suspicious, but I'll let Riot tell you why you were banned. Not my place to accuse.

Hey man did you ever get this solved because I am in the same boat as you right now except I have skin spotlights replay along with lolwiz.
