Need other league players input in an unbiased manner.

I was in a game earlier in the day i played luc with a lux support vs a vel'koz and a jhin.

First, the lux refused to help leash blue for the jg. While she refused she started to shove the wave in. Needless to say a medium ranged adc vs a vel/jhin.

I asked her to stop. She continued to do it. I had to B early. I came back to lane and she did it again and again and again. I couldn't farm for anything. She'd q/e waves under tower forcing last hitting to be impossible. After that point of asking politely 4 times and she still kept doing it i flamed like no other because that was costing the lane/game. What are the acceptable things to do. Leave, afk out. Flame the player. Or play through when you can't even go back to lane literally rendering you useless as your team refuses to ff. Then you get a chat restriction. Is riot in the wrong providing a chat restriction.

Riot is not in the wrong to issue a chat restriction.

The thing to do is keep calm, realize there is nothing you can do to alter the Lux's behavior, play the best you can, and use the report button on the end screen.

Even if Riot wanted to, they simply can't punish the Lux in the middle of the game (for pretty obvious reasons). You just have to do your part to adhere to the Summoner's Code and use the in-game systems to report bad actors.

flaming is not okay. you had every right to ask her to stop, and that's fine but flaming is crossing that line into punishment territory. the appropriate thing to do is go help out other teammates, ask the jungle if you can take some smaller camps, stick it out, mute?, and report post game.

Unfortunately nothing rude against you but the lower the elo the less people know about the lane / game mechanics - Top of all that there isn't anything about her CSing to say it was malicious, she maybe wanted to do her part and get gold to get items. Eventho it is RANK with no standard rules to CSing or laneing - Til RIOT writes the rules then there is nothing they can do to the Lux or any other player who even does this on purpose. Maybe one day RIOT will do something to fix its many issues in rank.... but don't hold your breath cause as u have seen in your span of the game.. the game continues to be more toxic with more feeders/afkers/laggers/dcers/ragers -
