Suspected player using lag switch?

Not sure if this is reportable but I'm just guessing only. There is this Swain whom I was against twice in a row. Everytime I engage on him or he engage on me. My piing seem to sky rocket to the infinite space. As in like over 10k ping. If one match when my ping spiked, then it might be my ISP problem but twice in a row? When i change lane against other enemy laners, my ping running as normal but only when I get near that Swain. Any suggestion?

I think its just a funny coincidence i don't think you can lag switch league.

I've had a similar thing you're just spiking dude.

Repair your client and report it as a bug. There have been problems in the past with certain champions causing lag because of a corrupted client/bugs, that might be what you are experiencing.
