This has happened a few times and I'm sure it has happened to other people. But I'd really like to know why is it that I can report someone who is truly toxic and then the next day get into a game with them on my team AGAIN?

Zaryelle3 votesI feel the same way but I only report people very rarely like 1 in 50-60 games when they are truly ruining the game. It shouldn't affect queue times drastically if players can have a list of say 5-10 people who are 'blocked' and will never appear in your games.

Problem with that is this person was VERY toxic. In the start of the game they even flashed to tilt everyone.
