RIOT should introduce Boosting report.

I just witness a very suspicious account for boosting. 2 games that me and my friend faced him and his adc. Both of them are Xayah and Rakan. The reason is that this Rakan was so good at supporting his adc till i checked his past history match. Nothing so great came out as this player was clearly a feeder in most of his past games. Suddenly these 2 games, he helped to carry his adc. The way he play and react in-game flagged as boosting.
