Just why?

So I just finished a game where I had a Bard midlane whose internet went out, great. I was the jungler and pretty much was invaded from level 2, all things considered I did ok. We ended up losing, our top lane, player 1 who was a Poppy got destroyed by the enemy aatrox he went like 2/8/2, our adc did ok as well. After the loss I was saying how Riot should develop a reasonable way to end a game if there is a DC player... it just sucks playing through. These guys were toxic all game because well, obviously its my fault we lost. Then after game they typed this in the lobby. Player 2 was just basically usual toxic all game which is sadly just the norm these days. However, Player 1, the Poppy should have some serious punishment dealt their way. Idc if someone from riot posts my chat compared to theirs. I'm tired of dealing with this in almost every game it seems like.
