Naming and shaming is not tolerated. But you can't file a ticket either, as that will direct you to "report in-game." So your only course of option would be to let a game like this through and hope your report does something (it doesn't)
Hon, if you know that Naming and Shaming is against the Board rules, why do you post a picture of a match that is naming and shaming the players from that match? If you want to post this sort of thing, you need to edit the pictures marking out the players names. Otherwise, it will simply be removed as soon as one of the moderators/arbiters sees the report for it.
