since it is in moderation section i can only guess that he was toxic and is saying i'm a _support _main and deserve it?

No, because you are currently Plat 1.

Edit: Saw your other post, you wont get a thing since you are banned. Toxic players don't get any rewards and rank means nothing in the eyes of riot.
