ADC's, stop doing what you're doing.

First off, I want to say I am an ADC myself. I am not some salty support who got stuck with a bad ADC or a salty mid laner who just got destroyed by an ADC. But as an ADC, I know first hand that many of you guys are arrogant, annoying, flaming, heartless trolls who afk at the drop of a hat, blame their supports for everything, and just generally ruin anything good and fun from the game. Stop it.

Yes, there are idiot supports out there but in my experience, they mean well. Instead of flaming at them, tell them what they can improve on. And also, I know that I've played with many more flaming/annoying ADC's then I have supps. If a supp takes a creep, that is not a reason to report. If a supp takes a kill, that is not a reason to AFK. If a supp accidentally dies twice to the enemy team, that is not a reason to start feeding intentionally. If your supp doesn't play the way you want them to, that is not a reason to start roaming mid and top, stealing kills and minions. (These are all actual stories I've seen)

That being said, please guys... don't leave your ADC to die alone. I know we all want to carry and be the superhero but your ADC relies on you to peel, please don't leave him like the friend no one invited. And if you do, for God sakes I beg of you not to blame the ADC for dying first in a team fight.

In short, ADC's, stop complaining, flaming, being annoying and heartless. Team's, give your ADC a break and at least keep an eye on him in a team fight?

As a player who has played this game, toxicity is not specific to a certain role but the players themselves.

I am a support main and I can attest to this. From the support side this is what I see: I do My best to help you get fed, but adcs fight me at every observation because They apparently know how they should play AND how I should play. I set easy last hits for them and yet many times I have seen that the moment I set up a last hit, Adcs will run away with full health and mana, wander off to farm instead of finishing off an enemy adc that could be taken out with a sneeze. By the time I have finally gotten thier attention, the enemy support shows up, I get double teamed while adc is farming. Adc Will then flame me for "OMG THIS FEEDING SUPPORT"

Or If I DO manage to get them fed, alot of them turn around and completely discount ANY contribution I made. They will brag to the enemy about how many kills they got, and then in the same breath talk about how they have "such a useless adc"...ADC got fed, BUT WHO THE HELL SET UP THOSE KILLS! WHo kept you alive? who healed you? who got the enemy off thier back. Apparently it wasnt the useless support.

More recently I have noticed that any observation support makes is completely ignored. played against a whole team of close-range MELEE champs and I suggested building sunfire cape (to force them to keep thier distance and dissuade any lingering). My observations/suggestions went completely ignored. But as soon as the enemy got the upper hand and It looked like the enemy was going to win, the team protects themselves...by sacrificing the support. "We would have won but this noob support"

Now AS a support main, I am sure I will once again get ignored, my thoughts rendered moot and invalid because "im just the support" I am not actually part of the team! I am not part of the damage dealers.. Just there if the team needs someone to throw under the bus.

I've played as adc and support, mailing both at one point. And holy God there are idiot supports and idiot carries. As an example: one time, while playing Leona(my best support) I had a draven adc, this draven NEVER used his axes. I talked to him about their uses(I also play draven) and his response was that it was hard to use them. My mid laner also tried to help him learn how to use them, he got pissed off, and afk'd. Another time, I was doing poorly as adc, my sona asked if she should go adc, which I interpreted as "buy lichbane and other ap items", so I said yes, next time I see her she has a bf sword and a zeal, and starts taking my minions. I was draven. >_>

However, i always try to help teach people to do better before i ever think of yelling at them.

Moral: help others learn if they're confused, and look for the good in your lane partner.

Unless you have a varus "support" who takes smite and tells you he's gonna take minions. F*** that guy T-T

i was playing this game and we had a draven adc (i was jg lee sin btw). anyways, i was at grump (on the bottom half of the map so i wasn't near botside) and the draven pinged for assistance. no less than 2 seconds later i heard "an ally has been slain" and Draven typed in chat "LEE WTF." naturally, i explained that i was too far away to get botside in 2 seconds and that if he wants a gank he'll have to let the enemies push, but all i got in reply was "/ALL GG REPORT LEE SIN NO GANk." like draven that the fUck. long story short, adc's are entitled, arrogant brats. i have yet to play a game of lee sin jungle where at least one person didn't act like this draven. i kinda went on a rant, but long story short i agree.

As a support main, I can feel you. While there are awesome ADCs out there who appreciate their supports, to be honest the majority of them are either assholes or just plain bad ADCs. While mainly playing support, I am "old school" and can play all roles well. When I'm playing ADC, I can win with a bad support as long as they don't feed. Just work around them.

As for team play, if you aren't in a pre-made, you probably aren't going to get peel. That is why ADCs with their own peel or high mobility are better picks if you are solo.

Ya I feel ya man... I play both adc and support quite frequently and they both can get pretty pissy at eachother. More often it is the adc imo, but supports can be asses too. I swear some people just want to argue and fight with other people on their team cuz more often than not, it's a petty, almost inconsequential mistake that sets them off. It's disgusting how people act online.

I always apologize to my supports in advance because I'm the most passive adc around. I want to farm and... like... nothing else. The only reason I ever play ADC is because farming super hard is in their job description pretty much. So I'm like "well, if I can get all the cs in the wave at tower, why would I poke?"

Most boring support lane phase ever. I like roaming supports, because under tower is my natural habitat so they can ditch me allll they like.
