Get negative reroll points for dodging queue, increase queue timer.

Title. URF and ARAM tend to have a large amount of people who dodge queue if they're out of rerolls. There's next to no downsides to doing so (unless you do it multiple times in a row).

Unlike in ranked; to deter people from dodging an unfavorable match up, you're punished for dodging by still getting negative LP.

In URF, if you get a champ you're not good with/don't wanna play, you can dodge, get a dodge penalty, do something else while you wait, come back, and play again, no other real punishment. The point of All random all mid and All random ultra rapid fire is the RANDOM aspect. Meaning you are given rerolls for the specific reason of rolling to a new champ if you really want to. It's capped at 2. Not 3 with a 15 minute timer.

Negative reroll points would make it so those people can still dodge, but ultimately, it makes it so they can't reroll in champ select until they make up that negative point they have.

Along with the negative point (only one can be received at a time) dodging will give you double the normal length of queue lockout timer IF YOU HAVE a negative point.

TL;DR Dodging queue gives you ONE MAXIMUM negative reroll points, you must make up that point, and if you have a negative point and dodge queue again, queue timer is pushed to double the normal amount

EDIT - Agree;

I think drastically increased wait timers would be better for dodging AR modes. Most people play AR for fun, if they have to wait 15 mins first dodge thats the length of a bad ARAM sooo may as well play

I've also seen a suggestion that you keep the same champion if you dodge AR games. I kind of like that one.

Lol actually not a bad idea, imo. Or like AJ said, you keep the champ you had when you dodged.

Feels like this was inspired by my thread!

Long wait timers mean fewer players dodge, but it also means some players aren't queuing up for some time ----> longer queue times!

Also, if players dodge because they don't get champions they want. Decreasing the amount of choices players have will do 2 things. 1.) It will cause them to dodge even more often to get the champion they want. 2.) It will increase overall dissatisfaction with the game mode,

I would suggest increasing the amount of rerolls players get so they don't need to dodge as often!

Positive reinforcement is better than negative reinforcement!!!
