Is there really no solution to people trolling in lobby because they got autofilled?

like...there's just nothing to stop it, and reporting post game has no options to report it either, if i have to dodge because some guy is outright saying he's going to int, and picks something like sion mid with cleanse and exhaust, i want to be able to report that without going through the trouble of screen shotting, and submitting a special ticket for it

or to have at least some form of help since i'm losing either 3, 10, or a full game's woorth of LP if i let the game start,

these players are massive in number, and i'm finding myself having to do this, or lose games multiple times per day

But... post 6 he'd be an absolute nightmare for bot lane... and could just go full tank to begin with...

i dont care at all

i let them int anyway, what matters is me and how I didn't feed.

obviously i care about winning but I don't mind losing a game just because some idiot doesn't know how to play whatever autofilled position to a basic level.

the moment you start caring then the terrorists have already won.

Best solution is to trade roles with them if you can and play seriously. Unfortunately they usually feed in the role I give them too but, it's the best I got.

i know the real world works this way in some situations, but it's my rank, if i give them my role that i perform well in, and then they feed, that's two people underperforming, or at least not performing as well as they could, and then after the game i lose the LP whether they troll, or they get the role and don't

the only difference being, if i give them the role, i can't report them after for anything legitimate, so there's really no point in doing that, when you know they'll do something stupid to lose on purpose and you can get rid of them

Agreed. And even then, screenshooting it and making a ticket is also an annoying process. it would be awesome to have something we could do if someone does that, problem is i can never tell if theyre trolling or not. Sometimes they pick a legit champ in the last second. Sometimes not... More often the latter than not.

Nope, there is no solution because rito is currently too lazy to deal with a proper solution to this. This has been asked in several Q and A's on if they have a plan to deal with intentional feeding and how these trolls are affecting the game, and their response has been to avoid the question worse than a politician.

In the past week, I have found myself playing less and less because riot refuses to actually deal with these type of players outside of their broken system that currently doesn't work properly due to the new client.

the only solution which im sure "RIOT" would never do, is make it single decision. i love playing support, i like being responsible for protecting my teammates and keeping them alive, even if i go 0-50 as long as my team does well and we win.

make it a single decision pick when u que. i want support. so it should only let me que for support. so there is never never never a problem with someone whinning who picked autofill and got adc, but has never adc'd. or atleast take away autofull away.

The only thing you can do is report them. Or try talking to them. Like why are they doing this and all ya know? Also if you are nice to them then chances are they will stop trolling cause rage and anger is food for trolls.

Simple, if you feel the effort to report someone through the ticket system is too much effort then the report that you wish to exist is of little meaning Riot isn't dumb, they know adding a simple feature like "lobby reporting" would just open the door to more false tickets, as how can you prove someone was throwing/trolling without them having done anything.

So long story short story You want the right to report people prior to game, you have that already. Don't ask for more reports through the client, if you think the report is valid submit a ticket

Anyone who has given money to rito is partially paying for this game, you have an opinion you're entitled to as do I. Your more than welcome to disagree with my opinion, however at the same time. I never was telling you how to exist in the game. My statement is pointing out that you have options to report people as is.

Again, if you disagree with me that is fine. It doesn't matter in the long run because neither you or I matter to the grand scheme of rito. Sorry you felt i was attacking your existence, your way of life. Was not my intention Again, merely stating the fact you have options to reporting people outside the end of game screen.

Did I mention you have options to report people outside of the end of game screen? I feel like i may have overlooked this aspect. Let me reiterate you can report people by opening a support ticket.

There is a solution, skip the game.

For me what matters more is who i'm teamed up with. If I have a bad team that doesn't communicate or doesn't understand basic tactics, it doesn't matter what role I land in, game is lost.

Strictly anecdotal, but I JUST spent about 20 unsuccessful minutes attempting to figure out HOW to report somebody pre-game. The level of Toxic this particular individual was displaying from the very moment we loaded in was actually rather amazing. There was an almost Professional degree of consistency in his vulgarities, slurs, and general xenophobia. It started with

"Mis should switch with me or it's GG."

I asked him, "Who? Do you mean Mid?"

~~"FUCK YOU."~~ and some other venom was his reply.

???

Etc, etc, and now I'm looking to see if this problem is as pervasive as I think it is. It sure SEEMS to be a bit of a problem, and it's a shame that reporting this sort of thing isn't just a touch easier. How hard would it be to keep chat logs briefly, and make it possible to skim them in the event of a report?
