Is there anything i can do about people rage quitting as a collective/

I am playing in flex, and i get this trio of players who are higher ELO and say they're playing just to have fun

the second the game gets slightly difficult, ie our first team fight loss, when we're up by 2x the kills and towers, they just decide to FF and the other solo guy hits yes too

i am now not able to get a perfect 10-0 because of that sitting at 7-1 now that's going to drop me 5 ranks probably from p5 to G5

why can you surrender if not everyone wants to surrender?

and is there anything i can like submit a ticket? without it just being ignored, these are the worst offenders in the game by far, i'd rather be called the N word by all 4 on a loop in voice chat and win than have people just decide they're bored and DIRECTLY INFLUENCE my rank
