yet i can't go a day without people using race based insults and using terms like "lynch" so loosely

Maskedmorlals... ESRB’s rating of League Of Legends is “T”. Which means teenagers at the age of 13 could be saying a name that breaks the summoner’s code. I understand where you’re coming from talking about the uses of the word “Lynch” but you know the rules and “o f*ck” breaks them
I’m not able to find any recent punishments on an account matching “o fuck” - so it’s possible the name was either force changed by Riot or maybe I’m just not putting the right combination of spaces in it.

Doesn't make any sense that they'd allow a name like that in the first place if its bannable.
