Burning question: How do I best report *obvious* bots?

Imagine, if you will, a game in blind pick where you have a jungler who buys no items, walks up to red/blue, and just stands there (moving erratically every few seconds) for most of the game? One who doesn't even try to run away when enemy champs walk up? One who has zero CS?

One where their match history shows zero kills, double digit deaths, and zero assists for tens of games going back weeks?

This player is undoubtedly a bot.

So - what is the most efficient way to report these?
