Intentional feeding and AFK same time together needs tougher punishment

When Zed loss his lane hard, he went full int mode. Walking around did nothing but feed then afk at the nearest bush. I mean what is the point of playing if you gonna just troll and ruin other people's game? You might well just wait and get reported soon.
