"I'm faker" "I'm the next faker" "faker is all"

I've seen this all too often. People seem to really idolize pros in League. So the question is... Why the arrogance? I don't follow League's pro scene all that closely, so I could be wrong. But I know that I've never had an opponent at the pro level rub it in when I lose. I've never done it either, and I've never felt a reason to. When the game is over, win or lose, you bow, congratulate eachother, and carry on. You'd think if people were looking to go pro, they'd look at how pros behave and seek to at least attempt to emulate it.

"gg ez" is one of the things that irks me the most about NA, because it's not really reportable, it's just really rotten sportsmanship. In Houkou to Iou, if a pro acted like so many aspiring Challengers in League act after a match? They'd be singled out by their peers in every kessen until they no longer wanted to play. We don't take kindly to pointless arrogance, and I wish League's lower-tier players would start feeling the same way. It's just better for the game, and it's better for the players who do it too. My family has a saying: "Hokoru tori wa sakana o ushinau." A bird who boasts loses his fish.

You are seeing the difference between adults and children. I just assume everyone on NA is 13 years old, because if i ask, they say 8 and proceed to say amusing things about my mother.

  1. GGEZ actually is reportable. And the vast majority of the time the people saying it are violating other rules as well.

  2. Pros have been naughty and gotten in trouble.

Mithy and Nukeduck tried to enter an amateur tourney, got called on it and Mithy used the N word. Nuke duck used a religious slur and said he was going to gas someone. Their team owner was so shocked he withdrew his team from competition. Due to that and their toxic behavior in solo q, both were suspended the remainder of the year.
Road kept spamming Go Die at Froggen in solo Q.
Forgiven was banned 4 matches due to toxic solo q behavior.
Svenskeren was suspended 4 matches for changing his sn in solo q to Taipai (racial slur) He has also dropped anti semitic bombs. Jensen was a real bad boy. He had previously been banned for life due to hacking and toxicity and had several accounts banned. But he had a new account and reformed so riot let him back in.
