A Taxing Question - The Jungler's Dilemma

This is a scenario which I've been wondering about for a while.

**Situation: botlane. A jungler comes in and does a weak gank. As a result, because of his mistake, his actions kill his side's adc - but it also leads to the opposing adc recalling (with the jungler getting a kill on the opposing support)? The jungler and his team's support remain in lane as survivors. The support on the jungler's side did contribute to the battle and may or may not have got an assist. **

** So here's the question: should the jungler swoop up and tax all the remaining minions? Or should the jungler leave some for the support? **

Here's why I am asking. As I understand it, the jungler's job is to try and get any of the laners as much ahead as possible (including the supports) - to try and increase his side's chances of winning. Now, if the jungler taxes all of those minions, then wouldn't botlane be in a worse position?

[Sidebar: Just asking because I had it happen to me a while ago - and I could have used a few of those minions to help us get a sightstone and partway towards getting our mid laner back in the game (which the jungler was doing a terrible job of helping). In my situation, the jungler swooped up all the minions, my botlane got counterganked a few minutes later (and fell behind), the midlaner didn't catch up and eventually we lost the game. (Of course, the game ended with the obligatory comments in gamechat and postgame chat with comments from the jungle and top duo about how the rest of the team were garbage, etc., etc.).]

Just wondering what the consensus would be...

Either way works the goal should be to push the lane into enemy tower, if the opposing enemy has backed. ideally your support gets some cs, but depending on the support item none is also acceptable

More over, you could let it build pushing into your tower, without actually clashing into tower. Leaving you freshly spawned adc to pick up alot of xp and cs.

Again either way works

the main role of a jungler is to shift the power in any lanes in the favor of his team. it's the make or break role in short

As a support main, I personally don't care if the jungle takes everything in your mentioned scenario.

I'm more concerned about wave management and denying the enemy ADC farm.

If I really needed some gold before an item, I'll ping the heck outta the item and see if the jungle (or whoever the ally is) would share.

Theres a silver line, between taxing as much as you can and causing your ally to int,it takes years for a jungler to find it and its what defines a master jungler.

You shouldn't be shoving the wave at enemy turret like a douche when you know that your support is going to have to stay in bot lane far out and VULNERABLE, or miss farm. All the while enemy jungler is probably waiting by for a counter gank. However, if you KNOW the enemy jungler AND mid cannot countergank until adc is back up, then you can tax. Much better to just leave the lane as is so your weak gank doesn't lead to support having to take risks which may lead to one more death
