I already posted a bug report threw the in game client now I'm here to post a follow up.

Kleptomancy is being abused threw bug abuse By every Ezreal and Gangplank that run it. For those that would argue its not a bug, I'll have in detail proof it is.

First let me goto the wiki and copy and paste the skill and its descrption. I'll also post the link here http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Kleptomancy_(Rune)

Kleptomancy Description PASSIVE: After using an ability, your next basic attack within 10 seconds has 25 Range icon bonus range. If the attack is against a champion, you gain Gold 5 Gold. Occasionally, you will gain a consumable item instead. If you gain a consumable item while your inventory is full, the consumable will instead be consumed.

Now we all can clearly read the keystone and its ability let me show you the real important part. > After using an ability, your next basic attack within 10 seconds

Do you see those words? After Next and Basic Attack

Ezreal and Gangplank are getting the effect of use of just 1 ability/attack. Not after 1 which would be 2 but 1 single ablility/attack IF the keystone was designed to work on 1 attack/abiliyt landing it would clearly not state otherwise.

People Argue that Ezreals Q counts as both aa and ability..... Its still just 1 as in uno not 2

The keystone Kleptomancy clearly states in its decription in game, on the wiki and one leagues on website it requiers 2. I'm not here to argue the classifiycation of Gangplanks and Ezreal's abilitys/skills whatever you want to call it because it doesn't matter. Thats not the point, the point is its 1 single damaging (doesnt matter what you call it) that damages an enemy once, aka 1 time, ect...

Well Riot you have a problem on your hand now, because its being mass used and players thing they can do it bc ez q proc's on hit. Just because something proc's on hit, doesnt make it 2 attacks, nore does it make it a basic attack but hey I'm just following the rules as they are right infront of us. by using something i learned in school, called reading.

Players that wanna come try to argue with me about it, its right there just read. I can read the ability I can read the q on ezreal here ill post it.

ACTIVE: Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line, dealing physical damage to the first enemy hit, and applying on-hit effects. If Mystic Shot successfully hits an enemy, all of Ezreal's ability cooldowns are refreshed by 1.5 seconds.

See same website, you know , league of legends wiki, I do not see it called a basic attack here anywhere, nore do i see it saying this counts and 2 abilitys or rather counts as an ability and a basic attack. Does say applys on hit effects yeah i see that.. but thats just an effect of the ability its self the applying of on hit effects. That doesn't make it 2 attacks, nor a basic attack.

Yall need to quit all the bug abuse and cheating and trying to smile at us lying threw your teeth saying its not. that its how it was intended. If it was intended that way it would be worded different end of story.

I mean the skill literally counts as an ability and an enhanced auto attack, working as intended.

Use your soap box for something else.

Both Ezreal and GP's Q abilities explicitly trigger on-hit effects. They've worked this way as long as I can remember. Kleptomancy is an on-hit effect.

These runes were tested extensively. You can't honestly believe that this straightforward interaction with champs known for stacking on-hit effects onto their Q abilities somehow flew under Riot's radar. It was known for months on the PBE.

Ezreal’s Q is a basic attack, but it’s cast is an ability. So, Ezreal casts the ability, then the attack hits. That is not the same action - he casted an ability, then the attack hit.

It is the same as things such as iceborn gauntlet proccing after Nasus Q.
