Lets have a talk, TheRainMan got permanent ban again for Intentionally feeding in his game.

This recently just happened and he was permanent banned AGAIN so why is this post made?

This is not name shaming since he was already known to had been ban by the public and now is already AGAIN banned. The problem I have here is Riot flawed decision, as some of you might not know last year TRM got permanent banned on all his account for intentional feeding. You think Riot would follow their own rule of never revising their decision on a permanent banned but for some reason because TRM knew a Rioters or connection that is in Riot he was able to get off the hook which I consider B.S. This is the definition of unfair treatment for other players, if TRM can get banned for intentionally feeding and get un ban by knowing a Rioter then shouldn't other intentional feeders? NO of course not. The Rioter who gave the go ahead to un ban him should have a talking to, you follow your code that you make and to see you bend the rules because he knew Rioters back in the days in pure crap and should not had ever happen.

He better not get his permanent banned removed and I hope Riot actually talk to the idiot who actually said he should get his PERMANENT banned removed, he even tried to hide his intentional feeding by turning off his stream LOL.

EditHe justified intentional feeding and said he will make more account and proxy his IP since he think he will get IP banned, he also tell his viewers that they should intentionally feed if they know they are going to lose recommend that to his viewers.

It's called a 'Shield' ban. An indefinite ban is issued on the account until the player writes in, at which time an appropriate penalty is applied. This is often used to protect compromised accounts or to immediately stop harmful behavior which an appropriate penalty is discussed.

The 'permanent ban' that was reduced wasn't actually a permanent ban. They locked his account so they could address the issue with him. From that discussion, he was issued the 2-week ban.

If this latest was a true permanent ban, then it won't be lifted.

This is the problem Zielmann, what was unjustified in TRM ban? Was he not intentionally feeding and ruining his team mate game? Sure he wasn't toxic and you know what will happen when he is toxic. But seriously here he was intentionally feeding how was he able to justified that and get his permanent banned removed? If they are toxic then sure maybe give them a chance depending on their past behavior or mute them for a long duration but you cannot give intentional feeders a chance, if he hid his feeding by going off stream then do you wonder what he does when he doesn't stream?Why is a intentional feeder even allowed to get his permanent ban removed?

But tell me Zielmann why should he had his permanent ban removed with evidence he is intentionally feeding on stream and don't give a crap?

The scenario which your are citing does not exist. His account was locked, in order to get him to contact Riot (via player support) and discuss the issue. After that happened, he was issued a 14-day ban. He was not permabanned first, so there was no permaban to lift. The punishment that was issued was a 14-day ban.

Yes he was permanent banned, it even said so when he tried to log in and if he wasn't then why was his other account banned too? Riot only lock >that< 1 account that the person uses if it either has been hacked or w.e the second part you said, this was not the >scenario< all his other account was permanent banned.

Let me ask you Zielmann and please answer the question, what was unjustified his TRM punishment? He fed in his game, people who purposely feed should never get a chance. People have bad games but it doesn't mean they run it down mid and ruin 4 other players games which are rank. When you give feeders chance to come back then it gives a bad example for other feeders who can just get a slap of a 14 day suspension and come back again.

They need to make the notification more clear, IMO. The wording could give the impression that it is a permanent ban, even if it is not. The 'shield ban' as they call it is indefinite. It will last until the player contacts Riot and they discuss the issue. So if he never contacted them, the account would just remain locked.

Please point out to me, though, where I've stated that the ban was unjust. I don't believe I've even addressed that point at all. If he was intentionally feeding, then yes, the bans were justified. And it is safe to say that he was definitely guilty, or else Riot would never have issued the 2-week ban to begin with.

I'm not here to defend the guy. I posted what I did to clarify what actually happened with his account previously, in contrast to the claims made in the thread of a justified permanent ban having been reduced.

So the ban was justified, but his ban was reduced to 2 weeks..... That is not what justified is, it's either 2 ways. He stay permanent banned which is justified or get unbanned which is unjustified. Intentional feeder don't deserve a 2nd chance, if they intentional feed then they have past history of walking down the lane.

Edit* Woops he said was permanent banned on the account he was intentionally feeding so the ban was justified, they probably removed his IP ban so he can still play while streaming.

He can't "stay" permanently banned if he was never permanently banned (in the traditional sense of the word) to begin with. Your opinion that he doesn't deserve a 2nd chance doesn't change the fact that no punishment was lifted in this scenario, as the only thing that was lifted was never actually the intended punishment.

He was issued a 2-week ban, and that 2-week ban was most certainly justified. There was never a permanent ban on the account which was reduced to a 2-week ban. The account was locked until he contacted Riot, at which point they assessed the situation and issued a 2 week ban.

I am not aware of his case, so I have one very important question;

Was his banned account unbanned, or was he simply allowed to make accounts again?

When Riot bans a player, such as with tyler1 and jensen, that means they cannot create any more accounts. If that "player ban" is lifted, they do not receive access to the accounts that were permabanned. I want to know if this TRM player got his account(s) back.

O he was permanent banned on EVERY account, it was even on Youtube where he was still streaming after he found out his account got banned that he tried his other account and was banned on that too. I'm guessing his account was un banned because if I recall on his twitter he said he talked to a Rioter and thank them that he is now un banned. His ban was not like a 1 account type of person, all his account connected to him was banned.
