Today in League Cheating - New Remakes Exploit?

So today I waited patiently like a mouse, for my ranked game to start, and waited, and waited, something was obviously wrong, when the game finally started it was TWO MINUTES AND 30 SECONDS INTO THE GAME, I quickly bought items and was about to apologize (not that it was my fault) when...

Surrender/Remake vote was called. Remake was successful, on next screen I noticed that I WAS TO BLAME FOR THE REMAKE AS I HAD NEGATIVE 18 RP.

(please note two OBVIOUS cheat/faker accounts on my team)

Clearly remakes are now exploitable. Possibly a new radio button option exists on various cheat programs "exploit remake"

At end game lobby, the two OBVIOUS CHEAT ACCOUNTS HAD THIS TO SAY:

"cheater1: gg report this idiot" "cheater2: report afk" "cheater1: report soraka" "cheater2:: ya that troll didnt work for that moron"

makes me think that this is part of exploit, whereby if person you report, gives you a friendly or teamwork, this might negate or undermine your report....

UPDATED: If any player is dc’d or flagged afk for at least 90 seconds at the three minute mark, a /remake is available

The dc’d player (or players) takes full LP losses or drop a promo game, and are also flagged by Leaver Buster

As you said, you rejoined the game at 2:30, so you had spent more than 90 seconds AFK by the three minute mark.

The remake vote would still have occurred even after you came back since the game fit the criteria and you would have suffered the penalties since you were the AFK/DCed player.

This is not a bug.

That said, I really hope that Riot cleans up the loading screen. At times, it is impossible to tell if you have disconnected during the loading screen and you have to restart the client.

Funny enough if you report someone that reports you.. it negates it to some extent.

Also how do you know those are cheaters/botters 100%? Their summoner icon?

The system flagged you as a "Leaver" so you probably instantly if you didn't reconnect lose 3LP but since you reconnected and it was a "Remake" you shouldn't have lost any LP.

But it still flagged you as a "Leaver" so the MOST you should lose it 3LP not the 18LP.

The system must have been confused and thought the game ended so you lost what would be a normal game LP lost.

Regardless one thing I found out is if your account has been punished and undergoes the 10-game chat restriction after any post-game lobby you can report normally with the ! button after the summoner's name and all near the Honor button.

You can then Right Click the summoner's name and report a second time or if you wanted to, a third time and so on.

I do not know if all those reports after your first initial report goes through or it's just bugged and makes you report a new report that erases your first report. Regardless if it does work indeed where you can send multiple reports that is an exploit a lot of gamers can do to instantly gain a lot of reports on a person they dislike.

It really is amazing how much you can figure out through just logical reasoning skills.
