I had this game with Xin and from beginning he kept non stop harassing all lanes. From top to mid to bot lane. Keep verbal abusing our team till the point is so annoying and not fun to play. I wish i wanna mute him but I rather not so that i can record his chat logs. Even telling me to uninstall the game.
The best you can do is send a report in to Riot via the League Client. Overtime, those reports will accumulate, and come back to bite him. Hope this helps~
The best thing to do is not respond badly because if you and him start fighting then the report will mean nothing because Riot sees both of your chat logs When they evaluate your report. Attempt to communicate with him nicely (no matter how much you want to write something else) and keep asking him to leave you lane or to gank but only in a nice way so them when you report him he and only him will look bad instead of them seeing an argument between to jerks. Just respond nicely because you will never have to see him after that game ends.
Why on earth would you care to record his chat logs? Jesus Christ is that petty. Just mute, report, move on.
