And for these picks there is supposed to be communication with team... which this person doesn't seem to do.

Galiö1 votesNeither. 'Off meta roles' are punishable without team communication or else it looks like an attempt to troll. Especially of the player has no precedent of success in his off meta. This issue was talked in smite singed support case.... Who was banned although having much more success than this player.
Felidae771 votesNo. The whole off meta role (the infamous smite support Singed, etc) fiasco was about players taking the support role, but then not actually playing as support, instead playing roaming counter-jungle. This player is taking the ADC role, and (presumably) playing as ADC.
Riot does not enforce champions for certain roles. And you see that in the meta: Ziggs bot, or Lucian mid, to pick two somewhat recentish examples. So if this player wants to (badly) play Shyv bot... there's actually no rule against that.

Shyvana more than likely doesn't. The one game it seems like that player was trying to do double bruiser bot which may have had communication.
Other than that Riot stated no communication can lead to penalization and IS against the rules.
Nik Nikerson1 votesPositions are designated, roles aren't. When you get assigned bot lane, there is no rule saying you have to play a marksman. The same way you don't have to play a mage mid, or a tank top. If he's assigned bot lane, and goes and lanes in bot lane, he's playing bot. Don't get me wrong, I think the guy is being an ass for even attempting bullshit like that, and an even bigger ass for continuing to do it after it has proved itself to not work. But I don't think it's something that you can ban someone for doing.
And I'm pretty sure Riot has come out and said they aren't penalizing people for that stuff any more after the whole Nunu support debacle.

anyway go ahead and check out my winrates bud because atm I have a 78% winrate on my favorite champ, Kayn jungle, with a 3.25 KDA over 9 games. also my champ happens to be viable in the role im playing him in.

No it means I went 5/5 in my very first placements which put me in Bronze 3, and I win and lose fairly evenly, therefore, no climb. think before you make snarky comments please.

I've played on BOTH eune and NA and i am SURE that lower elo eune (b5-d3) is FAR better than NA. I had difficulties climbing though EUNE but i climbed on NA with 120+ constant ping with no problems at all. Yes, your pro scene is better, your solo queue sucks and 'eune sucks' stereotype has to stop. That's just your excuse for being in silver with 845 games @ 49% winrate. Just look up 'wood division adventures' on youtube. The most videos are recorded exactly on NA. If you cannot climb from there then you just suck, regardless of region you're playing on.

Vigilente1 votesEU plays are rarely there, and they have to be really good to get it on WDA. And yea, NA is easier to climb but mostly because there are less league of legends players in North America. A higher population of league players makes it harder to climb.

It's alright to discuss this sort of behavior as long as you censor the names out, though. While the player's name may not have been shown, the inclusion of all the other players and the match history points directly at them anyway, so it's hardly any different and why I removed it.

As for reporting people that troll, if for some reason you think someone is trying and succeeding in circumventing detecting of griefing, you can submit screenshots in a Support Ticket under the request type I have a question and the category Game & Features::General Questions.
