I've removed your image, as we do not allow name & shaming here per the Universal Rules. It's alright to discuss this sort of behavior as long as you censor the names out, though. While the player's name may not have been shown, the inclusion of all the other players and the match history points directly at them anyway, so it's hardly any different and why I removed it.

As for reporting people that troll, if for some reason you think someone is trying and succeeding in circumventing detecting of griefing, you can submit screenshots in a Support Ticket under the request type I have a question and the category Game & Features::General Questions.
They can't even make up their mind with a build... and doing every role but jungle?
I mean I'm ok with off meta but this person obviously doesn't know what they are doing.
And for these picks there is supposed to be communication with team... which this person doesn't seem to do.
So it's just up to people who queue with this player to report.
