Idk. If you got punished you should post the chat logs, if you didn't then it's just their salt (aka don't waste your time they aren't worth).
As long as you aren't spewing insults back at them, you're not being toxic. Most toxic players don't have a good idea of what is toxic and what isn't, so I wouldn't let them bother you. Even if they reported you after the game, the report will get thrown out as invalid.
People like to call others "toxic". I get called it occasionally, too.
Unless you actually get punished, don't worry about it. Ragers gonna rage. Everybody has bad games; just don't let it tilt you too much.
