My team was against this ashe. Everywhere i go as a jungler, her hawkshot lands exact where i was at. Even ult at the exact location either one of my team-mate is standing. When one of us hiding in the bush, again her hawkshot lands at exact spot. Its like she knows where everyone is moving or hiding.
theres an option to report people you suspect of scripting in the end game screen, report them for it there.
That's just map awareness.
Either she has a map hack, so she doesn't need hawkshot. Or her team has wards. Or she just user her brains.

Open a support ticket, submit any evidence you have report as general question is scripting allowed time/date the game any screenshots submit as well
