I am currently suspended yet I don't really know why?

It currently say's that I can't log since it say's I am suspended yet my Email does not really have the mail in which they say as to why I am suspended, I can kinda guess why, I recently moved to NY and been having crazy ping making me be a bit rude to my teammates, (I would not say what I said to be the cruelest things though I did once tell a team member of mine to f off and I was pretty passive aggressive), plus the ping kinda has made me afk some game's so I kinda understand the ban at the moment but I do wish to get the email to learn the specific's, just to make sure it's for that.

Make sure your email is verified with the account by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings. Make sure the email wasn't sent to your spam folder as well. After checking those, you'll need to submit a Support Ticket to get more information on the ban.

I can confirm that my email is still in the setting's after checking it, and also can confirm that it has not been added to my junk mail, I have sent a support ticket which oddly enough i did get a message for that it has been sent, thank you very much for the help and will try to wait for my message

Probably for going afk and ruining other people's games

Maybe so yet I would still like to receive an email, I know my ping ain't the greatest right now and have been avoiding rank for this reason, mostly going to ARAM and Norm's for this, I know it ain't much but I recently moved to a NY and it's very different from where I was originally so I was kinda hoping that Lol a game I have been constantly and actively playing for almost 3 years now would remain the same but with the stress of starting college and the high ping has caused me to be rude and even AFK not much of an excuse, but would hate that my account to be deleted for 1 bad week
