on another account i own im really close to reaching series to gold 5 and would like to see if i can do it.

problem is i am not home due to the power currently being fucked which means the i.p address would be different and im not trying to end up getting banned for elo boosting.

how does one make it known that they are not boosting?

Just play like you usually do. IP is a tool they can use to help identify potential account theft, sharing, or boosting, but it's not the only thing they use. And nobody is getting accused of boosting just because their IP changes.

I've personally played League from several different computers in several different locations without issue. I've played in 4 different states (sometimes on the same computer, sometimes not), and not had an issue.

Their detection system is pretty solid. As long as it's actually you playing on your account and nobody else, you don't need to worry.

You should be fine. It's still you, so your match history and playstyle won't show any huge differences that would indicate another person playing on your account.
