so at this point, there are a good chunk of people who have gotten honor level 5 the problem i see, is that people who already have 5, have no more reason really to be honorable as long as they dont do anything that may make them drop a level, they arent going to be especially positive/ honorable people thoughts/ solutions?
so you re assuming everyone who gets to honor 5 got it only by faking being nice or avoiding being negative just to get to a higher level? I don't think this is the case. If people start being toxic they lose honor with a punishment anyway

The goal has always been to lower toxicity. Some people don't want pressure to be overly nice. Being non-toxic is good enough.
