So we all know that you only get "report feedback" if your report was the final one for a punishment

But is there a reason for this? Why dont you get this notification for everyone you ever reported, or at least like within the last month?

If you log in and more than 1 person got punished, it could just say "Due to recent reports from you and your peers, X players have been punished..." so I dont really see a problem with that.

I feel like any report that gets approved should get feedback, rather than just the report that results in punishment.

Why do you need to "spike the football"? It's enough that you reported, dwelling on it doesn't make that bad game go away.

You see dozens get banned here whining daily, it should be enough to quell whatever worry you have that Riot isn't tossing these people.

To be honest I prefer it this way. Getting notifications for all of your reports, when/if they lead to a punishment would just make people dwell on it for too long. Personally, unless it's a rather extreme example of a toxic player, I'll probably forget about the incident already during the next game... Giving out these notifications would incentivize, to some degree, trying to remember the people you reported; which ultimately would just increase the effect these players have and further cement our negativity bias when it comes to encountering toxicity.

i get what you are saying and it makes sense. why does it only tell us on the last report if ours is the one to trigger it, not all others. it should let us know from all our reports (not telling us which player maybe, but that one of the reports worked each time) or not tell us at all, instead of just telling us if we triggered it. seems like it's half way right now, should go one way or the other to be more clear.

Same reason fb doesn't have a dislike button. Riot has also blogged about this quite a bit. Balance between the carrot and the stick.
