I encountered them twice in a row and acted the same way both times: as soon as they feel like they don't want to play a game anymore, they give up on trying to win and throw themselves at the enemy team in order to lose. If someone says something about it, they'll act all innocent and stop doing anything at all, standing aside spamming emotes while the enemies push.
