I stand corrected

I wanted to practice my CSing skills in a custom game against bots, but I can't seem to find an "add bot" button in the updated client. So I logged into the legacy client, and was greeted with this message:

https://gyazo.com/bc37480e8ffe96775518969cae3e0e48

Anybody who has seen my post history probably knows I only really post here to complain about the ineffectiveness of the punishment system. I would like to apologize for my cynical attitude towards the punishment system. Simply seeing this message for the first time in possibly 50 reports has reassured me that the system does actually work.

1 in 50? I'm sitting at 1 in 500...

its all a visibility problem that riot is aware of. New behavioral features coming soon™, probably after the new client is passed its beta phase.

Though the client not displaying that message probably means that they may already have new notification features semi-implemented thus not needing to display the current notifications.

If you like that feeling imagine the feeling of seeing a player you judged on the tribunal got permabanned.

To be fair, you don´t know what exactly triggers such a message and if anything is actually done. You are still free to be dour.

I had one of those pop up like 2 days before ranked season ended. ...kinda felt extra good knowing that guy got his rank rewards removed..

Also, it only gives you the message if your report was the last one before their punishment.

The system is 'working as intended' if you intend to have a system that is unbelievably draconian. Yes.

Now imagine I only got maybe 5 pop-ups like this after 500+ valid reports.

How do I know they were valid? Because I've been punished for less. https://38.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lxgpgqGtCD1qenae3.jpg

I never doubted the "toxicity" punishment system. The problem is that the Udyr in my game that buys 6 tears isn't punished.
